Today's Schuman Resonance shows a LOT of activity and it's in those lower frequencies where things are the densest!
That means, that you AND the collective are going have to "workout" some more densities in the physical and emotional bodies, which means...
SH*T'S GONNA BE TRIGGERED!
Emotional traumas are being worked to the surface. That, then affects the physical body, cause the physical pain is always triggered by an emotional root, so there will be triggers of fear, anger, resentment, guilt, shame, etc.
BE KIND to yourself and others as NATURE gives us another opportunity to purge all the things that are no longer serving us.
Rest assured, YOU...WE...are being taken care of! We had another angel visitor show up in today's video recording, showing us that there ARE other-worldly, dimensional BE-ings that are helping each of us through this ascension process.
I had a beautiful message from one of you yesterday sharing photos of your own angelic guides showing up! They are revealing themselves more and more so we understand that we are NOT the only multi-dimensional beings in existence AND, they are here to guide and support us...if we ALLOW them!
