Did you know that roughly 60% of calories in the average American diet come from ultra-processed foods? In this episode I get to sit down and talk with my main dude Zach about our journeys with food. Zach is a type 1 diabetic and I have struggled with what doctors thought to be Chron's, IBS, and gluten intolerance. We speak on how we have evolved with what we eat and give some great insight on whole food versus processed food.
