In this episode of NAMI-OC's Declassified Anxiety Survival Guide, hosts Breann and Amanda talk with long distance cyclists Cork Snider. Cork shares his passion of cycling to help family, friends, and former students of his and raises money for many different organizations. He explains his next upcoming ride from San Jose to Oceanside California with five tour stops in between. This ride is inspired by a friend and former student's journey from addiction to recovery with the love, care, and clinical support from Mental Health Systems. On June 11th, Cork will be making a tour stop in Anaheim, CA for a fun event promoted by NAMI OC and Mental Health Systems celebrating Mental Health.
