About Jyoti Rajdev:
I started my journey as a bank clerk at NatWest Bank West End branch in London. I gave up my career to take care of my two sons and my mother-in-law. So I took a leap of faith to join our family pharmacy business in Peterborough U.K.
I retired from my family pharmacy business two years ago. I invested myself to get business mentorship from various mentors and finally, I am now on a journey to becoming my authentic self, teaching about the beliefs and influences of others that can sometimes keep us stuck.
Using my experience and knowledge, I am helping people with their own business ideas. I help them brainstorm and take steps so they feel comfortable
and understand what will follow. I made things very simple and easy so they did not give up on their own dreams. I have been my true self and that resonated
with people so they could ask me questions without feeling judged. I took a leadership and coaching course from Professor David Gibson OBE and this helped
me understand how mindset in business is key to success.
Now I want to help people to start with their smarter goals and make decisions to become a leader where they are so focused and passionate. I want them to feel that they too can become an entrepreneur. All these things we were conditioned to believe over the years started from our education system. I help them to break the myths and be their authentic true self.
