officially celebrated on February first, Imbolc is the moment in-between the winter solstice and spring equinox. it is such an important moment to celebrate because it allows us to reignite our hope that winter is almost over and spring is right around the corner. it allows us to pause in-between the depths of winter, before the embodiment and action that spring will bring, and prepare to plant our seeds of intention.
whether we see or feel signs of spring approaching, this is a moment to mark the passage of time. to celebrate the renewal of earth. to acknowledge the perfection of our seasons, nature’s cycles. to bow down to mother nature and how she revives us and sparks our souls alight once more, just when we thought we couldn’t keep going any longer.
