Today I ran a 1/2 marathon and completed a modified Murph workout all in the same day! I’ve not always been in a mental or physical state to do things like this though and my excuses have won over me more than I care to admit in my past. Let’s talk about a practical way to stop letting excuses win and to slowly kill the bitch voice in your head creating the excuses.
