In this episode of We Hold These Treasures, Danielle Bean, of the Girlfriends Podcast and author of Giving Thanks and Letting Go, and I share a conversation about our children leaving the nest. This is a transition of tremendous happiness at our children’s accomplishments and also “mom grief.” Some of us are grieving losing the hands on parenting that we’ve practiced for so long. Danielle shares some tips for navigating this transition in life for increasing gratitude for the time we’ve had with our children.
