Description

Today’s episode was a Conversation with Asha S. Jones, who is currently recovering from mental distress brought on by discrimination at her workplace. In 2018, her new position at San Diego State University came with challenges- allegations, discrimination, and harassment  from peers and management, which ultimately led to a temporary leave of absence to heal and manage her mental health. Listen to her story and purposefully consider how you can provide emotional or other support and/or resources. Contact Ms Jones via email at ashajones22@yahoo.com and on Instagram: @ashasjones.
