This week I chatted with the wonderful Charissa Hogeland. We talked about her time in Heathers and the challenges that came with it, we also talked about how long it took her to audition for Frozen and when she finally got it the support she got from the other "Alpha Women" within the company. Finally, we talked about The Cher Show and portraying an icon without making it a caricature.
