One of the major points of discussion in the Star Wars fandom when the Prequel Trilogy was released was how some of the points established in the Original Trilogy didn't add up to what we saw in the prequels. Particularly Obi-Wan's statement about Anakin wanting Luke to have his lightsaber, and Leia remembering her birth mother. From a real-world standpoint, these are inconsistencies - plain and simple, but from my head canon perspective, there are ways to explain these things. Join me as I discuss.
