Now that the Star Wars sequel trilogy has been concluded, the question becomes: what will people think about these movies in the years to come? It is my contention that the sequels parallel the original trilogy in terms of audience reaction; the first one gets people in, the second challenges them but they come to accept it, and the third may remain somewhat divisive even many years from now.
