For the 20th Anniversary of Star Wars in 1997, special editions of each film of the original trilogy were released in theaters. Though this was generally met with much enthusiasm, there was some consternation in regards to the changes made to the films. Let me share with you my thoughts on these new releases, and the subsequent changes made to the DVD editions.
