1. Sit with Jesus
2. Praise-list God's qualities, put on worship music
3. Gratitude-start listing what you're thankful for
4. Ask-Who can I pray for?
5. Reach out-to a friend or a stranger; make eye contact with another human and get outside yourself and into the present moment.
6. Look up various versions of the above verses on pride
