The Throne of Atlantis story line for Aquaman is one of his best. In a world where no one takes you serious, it's hard being a superhero. Doesn't matter if you're as strong as Superman, as smart as Batman, or have an exotic backstory like Wonder Woman. Aquaman has it rough. And things get a lot rougher when The Trench (piranha humanoids that feast on human flesh) show up. Or when Black Manta starts killing all of his friends. Or how about when his half brother Ocean Master kills millions in an all out war with the main land.... Yea, heavy is the head that wears the crown.
