Here the Apostle Paul instructs Timothy to:
v.15 Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
• Study – to educate, train, learn, absorb, engage, acquire, gain, or obtain
• Approved – to accept, agree, receive, permit, license, or certify
• Workman – refers to a teacher, educator, instructor, professor, or coach
• Ashamed – to be humiliated, humbled, embarrassed, mortified, or offended
• Rightly Dividing – refers to being accurately, correctly, appropriately separate.
• The Word of God – refers to what God has said or done
