Let’s begin by finding a comfortable position and place to relax
Feel the cushion, floor, your mat, your sofa, your bed or the seat beneath you
Ground your body

Be Kind and Gracious To Yourself

Let your breathing serve you as a reminder to remain consciously aware in this present moment.

Don’t fight against your thoughts or judge them
As you gradually become grounded and focused
Your thoughts will become subjective to your calmness

This practice will gradually increase your awareness and mindfulness off the mat in due course! Psalm 23 is perhaps the most beautiful expression of Jesus' gentle ways with us: The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
