If you are asking then you aren't! Here are some things to check yourself for: Do you monitor your partners social media, texts, calls, etc... Do you need to know where they are all the time? Do you want passwords to everything they are on? If you answered "Yes" to these and to any mentioned in the Reel you should consider taking a hard look at why you are doing this. Is it from past trust issues? Did you grow up in a toxic environment? None of these are valid excuses of why you do what you do to someone that loves you. Seek out help and start doing inner work to help you learn positive tools for relationships and healing. You can overcome this but you have to do the work to do so. You can do it!
Someone out there needs to know they are not alone and that they can survive. Perhaps you are a parent or friend of someone trapped in an abusive relationship and need to know how to help. My goal is to share awareness, offer empowerment, and educate others about emotional traumas and domestic abuse. Here I will share my story and also stories of courage and healing from Survivors, Coaches, to Therapists/Counselors.
