An easy coping skill you can use right now is to distract yourself. You can call a friend, watch a funny movie, clean your home, learn something new, practice mindfulness. Remember it doesn't have to be an expensive or grand distraction. You want something that's going to give you a little peace even if it's for a few minutes so you can clear your mind or give you a chance to breathe.
