Today is a day for cleaning a space you have been meaning to tackle. I know this may seem weird as an action for self-love but it is! Did you know that negativity loves to hide in clutter?! Clearing can open up space for good energy or a new opportunity to blossom.
This could be your email box/bookmarks/computer storage or a place in your home. Maybe there is a something leftover from a broken relationship that is a painful reminder. (This could be clothing, letters, or whatever triggers you!)
Ridding yourself of the physical item(s) can be a baby step towards breaking out of that bad memory. If it's a big task use a timer and break it down into 15 to 30-minute chunks of time or do this over a course of days.
Don't be surprised if you feel as though a weight is lifted off your shoulders or perhaps you feel emotional during or afterwards.
