Healing trauma is messy! It can look like:
💥 You may feel exhausted
💥 Your brain may feel a bit scattered or like you are in a fog
💥 You may have trust issues
💥 There is the possibility of nightmares/night terrors
💥 You are in a cycle of drama that's not just your own
💥 Emotions can be high
💥 You may feel numb
💥 You may feel lonely
What can you do to combat these feelings? Take baby steps towards healing. This can be therapy, using journaling, listening to uplifting music, exercise, meditating, outdoors, gardening, finding a hobby, adopting a pet, or finding faith.
