It's #selflovechallengeday16. Have you noticed if that negative inner critic was popping in and out during your day?

Today, focus on letting go of thoughts that do not serve you. Holding on to these things can give added stress to you. Try to find a quiet place and give yourself at least 5 minutes to do this activity without distractions. (The car or bathroom works great too!) In your mind picture bubbles. The kind that you may have used with you were a child, the kind that come in a container with the a bubble wand. Now, imagine that you have filled these with all that you need to let go of. Every situation, past memory, person, or habit that isn't giving you positive energy or lifting your spirits.

Now, imagine you are blowing these bubbles away from you. You can even physically pretend to blow these. Take a deep cleansing breath and as you are letting these bubbles go you are filling your body with love and warm feelings. Knowing you are safe and supported. Repeat when you need to let go. You can also picture your favorite colored balloon and letting it go. Let me know if this worked for you and was it easy to let go or was this challenging?
