🌞 Hydrate/Exercise

🌞 Get outdoors

🌞 Since this is a Leap year write a letter to your future self about where you hope to be but see it like it already happened and reread this on the next Leap year

🌞 Be kind with yourself

🌞 Question your inner meanie when you hear that negative voice in your head

🌞 Give yourself permission to break free from relationships that don't serve you. Ask yourself: Do I feel drained, fear, dread or safe with this person or in this situation?
