Have you heard of aย #bucketlistย ๐Ÿค” You can name it whatever you like or tailor the list to your needs such as aย #selfcareย list or Fun Adventure List or make multiple lists! This is where you can be as wild and crazy as you want and important to taking back your power. There are some important questions to ask yourself as well regarding your peace of mind:


๐ŸŒž What do I need right now to feel safe?

๐ŸŒž Who are trusted people who can be my support system?

๐ŸŒž What can I do so I don't return back to that abuser?

๐ŸŒž What does a healthy relationship look like?

๐ŸŒž What steps do I need to take to start healing?

Making lists and asking myself these questions were important for getting me on track to heal and served as a reminder that I can do anything I put my mind to! Have you made a Bucket List it something similar? If so, how has that been going for you? I'd love to know... I'm nosey!ย
