It could be hard to think about but there could come a time where your friends and family turn on you after you've left your abuser they could be taking your abuser's side you could be shunned from church and people might not believe that you were ever abused these are just a few things that could happen more in this episode.
Someone out there needs to know they are not alone and that they can survive. Perhaps you are a parent or friend of someone trapped in an abusive relationship and need to know how to help. My goal is to share awareness, offer empowerment, and educate others about emotional traumas and domestic abuse.
