In a different style episode today, Sean gets a consultation with a tenant lawyer after an ACTUAL MURDER happened in his old apartment in Austin, Texas. That’s not a bit, literally the building Sean lived in, a LUXURY building, was turned into a crime scene after a man murders another man with an actual gun. And Sean asks the question we are all wondering: can I sue my landlord and extract money for myself from this tragedy? Also we answer your questions. Also Matt is producing now so get used to it.
