Imposter syndrome appears in all of our lives in one way or another. Whether it's us feeling under-qualified for a job, unworthy of a successful relationship, underprepared for a new creative business endeavor or healthier lifestyle; the ways in which it can affect us are endless. We create a narrative in our heads that we are not good enough to achieve what we so deeply wish we could. But the good news is that, more often than not, these are just that: narratives. And just like we write them, we can edit them to make the path to our dreams far more achievable in our minds.
