This week we were joined with Victoria Royals Assistant Coach Morgan Klimchuk for episode #4. Morgan will be entering his second season behind the Royals bench after he joined the team for the 2022-23 season. Prior to his time with Victoria, he coached for the U15 Prep Edge Hockey School in Calgary. Of course his time before coaching was on the ice. Klimchuk was the 28th overall selection in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft by the Calgary Flames. He accumulated 261 games played in the WHL between the Regina Pats and Brandon Wheat Kings. In that time, he scored 118 goals and added 149 assists.
