Coach Erik’s background includes 20+ years as an accountant, his coaching and mentoring of The Hoffman Process, and how that eventually leads him to be a CrossFit gym business owner in the Aspen, CO area.

-Sand-gritty details of the 50-hour KOKORO Camp; from coaching it to being a participant. This extremely difficult camp has a 50% pass rate.  Their stories show you the kind of
