Former Arkansas Razorback Gymnast, formerly known as Braie Speed, now last name Swann, joins the podcast to discuss her transition to coaching post-college career and club career. She discusses the lesson, the trauma she experienced as a young athlete, and the transitions that occurred because of it.
Braie credits her parents and college coaches for allowing her to be bold and learn how to navigate through hardship with coaches unsuitable for her health overall. It was a tremendous, informative conversation that I believe all gymnasts, coaches, and parents must be aware of.
