When most people think of “managing others,” what comes to mind is a top-down approach. Bosses guiding and coaching their direct reports, who then go on to manage the people underneath them. But “managing” can happen from the bottom-up, too. In this episode, we're joined by Aaron Fields, a Certified Executive Coach and Senior Advisor of Strategic Planning at OhioHealth and  Lindsey Osting,  President of Doctor's Hospital at OhioHealth.  They both bring years of leadership experience and expertise to our discussion on what it truly means to "manage up", why it's a critical skill for your success as a leader and your well-being, and how you can effectively do it without ever feeling like you’re overstepping.
