First of all, this is a spontaneous recording. So, you'll find that some of the things that I said you might don't really understand... Don't worry, me too! Btw, The Mental Health Foundation has developed the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’, a set of actions that can improve our mental (and overall) health. I find that this list is helpful and so I modified it and apply it to how to overcome depression:
