Description

Depression affects people of every age, economic situation, race, and skin color.  There is NO ONE reason for depression. There are lots of factors and probably a mix of two or more, accumulation of everything in life.  Here are Seven (7) Main Factors that can contribute to depression:

1) Genetics
2) Anxious Temperament/Personality
3) Physical Health and Stress
4) Lifestyles
5) Childhood Trauma/Maltreatment
6) Death of a Family Member and/or Friend and/or Pet
7) Relationship Problems

To US who are not experiencing depression:
a) Try to understand these factors
b) Acknowledge that you don't really understand depression

To YOU who are experiencing depression now:
a) Examine these factors (when you're okay) and face or deal* with it
b) Take responsibility for what you can, seek help for what you can't
