It seems to me that only coaches are working with coaches, and most people outside of that are not 'sold' on the idea of hiring a coach to support them through their transformation. And sadly, I'm not surprised.
The coaching industry is earning itself a bad reputation. With the boom of personal development over the last 15 years, and the predictions that it's only going to get bigger, the lure of big money and the luxury lifestyle is extremely attractive.
That's the moment when coaches need get radically honest and ask themselves "am I here for the people, or the positioning & profit?".
