When was the last time you had a truly cathartic cry? The type of cry that clears the cobwebs, collective grief, and fear all at once? I highly recommend it. Today’s episode shares how I was lead to the cathartic cry that released so much stress. 

Fun fact: researchers have found that ‘emotional tears’ flush toxins and stress hormones out of the body while also releasing oxytocin and endorphins! GLORIOUS.
