I'm back! It was great to return to the recording studio after having our third baby. Today I got a chance to chat with my friend, Matt, and discuss lessons from his athletic career, continuous (and exciting!) changes in his professional career, and knowing when to quit something. I've gotten to know Matt a bit before but really appreciated our conversation today and feel like I learned so much more!
