Description

This episode was a breakthrough for new!
I talked myself through some particular things in the episode and I am going to continue as use the podcast as a mental check up with myself.

I figured out that what I've been needing is not specifically people to lean on, but a safe space to articulate my feelings and get them out of my head. So hopefully I continue to learn about myself and you guys enjoy this series as well while I continue to work toward finding the Right therapist!
