Simple Christmas Part 2: Less is Best

Welcome to Episode #66 of the Simple Steps for the Whole You podcast. In today’s episode, we talk about how to set boundaries at Christmas in order to stay sane!

Boundaries…all year long, can help: (We share examples of this in our lives!)

Questions to help you figure out your boundaries:

The True Gift: “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been  tempted in every way, just as we are–yet he did not sin.” Hebrews 4:15

This truth, that Jesus came to be present and close to us, to have a relationship with us..can transform our Christmas. That truth can serve as the root of being OKAY with a simple Christmas when we are focused on the true gift of Jesus!

Prayer: This Christmas as we celebrate His coming, I pray this truth dawns on your spirits more than ever before. You have His peace. You are loved. Not by someone far off, but by One who’s name is Emmanuel–God with us. Thank God, He came!
