Michelle and Lisa give you some things to consider today and to implement that will help you LOVE your mornings!
Today, we give the acronym SIMPLE.
S = Silence (Sit in silence, breathe deep, pray)
I = Imagine (Picture, imagine your day. Invite God in.)
M = Meditate (Chew on God’s word, use an app to help you.)
P = Prepare (Plan your day. Write down 3 things you will do that day.)
L = Love (Write down 3 things you LOVE or are grateful for.)
E = Exercise (Move your body intentionally for at least a minute.)
