Description

Jared Givens is the Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events for the Thompson Dallas. Prior to his current position, he was the General Manager for Georgie’s by Curtis Stone, as well as the Beverage Director for Le Bilboquet, Up on Knox, and Georgie’s. He brings over 15 years of experience in both guest facing and support roles. He is avid wine and spirit educator, with a focus on building one of the best beverage programs in the city of Dallas.
