Description

I am so happy to share this timely episode on two topics pressing for my WNC community right now, and also for all of us as we heal and live these lives.

Kadhi is a transformational counselor trained in the Hakomi Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapy, and is also an old family friend who was the first embodied woman I ever saw in my twenties. Kadhi talks about shifting our orientation to life from victim to beneficiary, and the way of the Spiritual & Emotional Alchemist that uses every experience as a vehicle for transformation.

Kadhi and I both share illuminating stories of our own dances with grief (quite literally, you'll see), and insights on how to navigate loss and transformation, emphasizing the importance of somatic experiences and the power of emotional expression, music and movement.

I am so proud of this episode. Kadhi has always been a wayshower for me, and talking about these deep complex topics with her was such a gift.
