There is a way to practicing deep gratitude in line with the Universal Law and this episode I share my experience and knowledge of how they connect.
For me practicing gratitude is a MUST and it can be life changing, it certainly has been for me. Once you start to practice gratitude on a daily basis and embody the feeling of gratitude it completely changes your perspective and outlook on life. I’ve always practiced gratitude and kindness since I was born, taught by my parents to be grateful for everything that comes my way including the lessons in life when life doesn't always go the way I planned.
Life isn't perfect and nor should it be. It's a journey to explore and we explore it with a sense of curiosity, kindness and gratitude.
