In this episode we discuss the lack of control we have on our thoughts and how instead we can learn how to use our inner dialogue and manage those thoughts.

Our brains are complex and the average person has approx. 60,000 thoughts per day. Which is great to know, because why would we allow 1 thought in 60,000 thoughts rule our lives. We focus on the negative more so than the positive and so in this episode I'm going to share some ways that may help you learn how to manage your own thoughts.
