Today, Colleen shares with you her therapy session that she had with Maria. If you haven’t listened to last week’s episode, it is recommended that you go take a listen so you can get a better idea of what exactly Maria does and who she is! This session was eye opening for Colleen. She learned a lot about herself. This session really made Colleen think about what she truly wants with her life. Made her dream! Helped Colleen (maybe) where she should live. Maria says that Colleen’s mind and her beings of light are all over the place and she needs to slow down. TO GROUND MORE! Maria mentioned Colleen’s two fairies, earth and water. Colleens earth fairies told Colleen that she doesn’t like when she cries and when she is sad. Talks about her angels. This house she is living in has shadows! Talks about her fur babies.

• They asked who recently hurt Colleen
• Colleen feels that she is a negative person, and Maria says to cancel that – and she doesn’t see that Colleen is a bad person
• Giving others too much power 
• Colleen needs to ground more, and do more grounded 
• Hugs some damn trees!!
• Asking mother earth to keep what is no longer yours 
• Renovate herself
• Colleen needs to keep more flowers around her and not to give up on her snake plant! (which she killed half of it L) 
• Telling Colleen that she needs to breathe more 
• Tells Colleen something that actually doesn’t shock her. 
• Her Angels! 
• The environment and that Colleen feels like she is here to try and save the planet 
• Colleen is not being herself here in CT- needs focus on being her person first 
• They ask her to work more on her femininity 
• Colleen needs to give herself more compassion – stop being hard on herself!
• BE OPEN TO THE SIGNS!!
