Today, I share my health journey and story since about 2019. I have been dealing with SIBO, candida, and Epstein Barr, and hormonal issues. Sometimes, often daily I feel depleted and defeated and it takes everything in me to just survive and keep going. Not everyday has been the same and some days are better than others.
