In this episode I talk about how to make small changes in your everyday life. changing your routine by micro changes are more likely to stick then to try to make big changes and get frustrated and stressed out and feel like something's wrong with you because you can't stick to these changes. Everybody struggles with change in some way shape or form and we should be gentler on ourselves and make micro changes versus huge changes.
