In today’s episode, I’m sharing a very personal experience about why there was no episode last week—I needed a break. I realized that I wasn’t practicing what I preach: listening to my spirit guides. Trying to be “Superwoman” and “Supermom” led to burnout, and my guides gave me a clear message to slow down. So, in the name of self-care and intuition, I took a break. 




This got me thinking about how often spirit guides offer my clients personalized self-care tips. While these messages are unique to each person, there are certain suggestions that come up repeatedly. I’m excited to share some of these unconventional yet simple self-care rituals that spirit guides commonly recommend.
