In this episode I'm joined by Mik Raibon, a transformational spiritual healer, coach, and the owner of Inner Victory. Mik shares his personal spiritual journey, starting from his conventional upbringing and success in corporate America to his transformative trip to Ghana that led him to question his traditional Christian beliefs and opened his eyes to spirituality. Mik's transformative experience led him to study Reiki and Shamanism, and eventually embark on a mission to provide spaces for men to open up emotionally, focus on healing, and raise their vibration. They also discuss the integration of technology, such as AI in business operations, the possible shift towards a learning culture in work environments, and the value of self-reliance in spiritual and physical survival. Lastly, Mik encourages everyone to have a consistent meditation practice for internal healing and guidance.
While Mik has spent over 15 years working in corporate America in various roles, however, he has found his calling as a healer. He uses his extensive coaching experience and spiritual training to help people find purpose, love and contentment.
Mik holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. Mik is also a certified Life Coach, a trained Reiki Master and a Shamanic healer.
