I’m so grateful that Kathy Hart Wood shares in this episode about her discovery of connecting with the fear she was holding in her body that was limiting her from moving forward in a coaching session with me. She also talks about her experience of taking a Release + Restore Class. We discussed getting to the root of fear that her body was holding, developing more self-compassion for emotions, no longer fearing emotion in general, and moving forward with gentleness instead of a forceful grind. She shares that when you’re able to feel and process your emotions, it is a gift to yourself and others.
