Thanks for checking out Episode 33 of The Trainer’s Scoop with Alex Buga
Alex is a peer and good friend of mine; we met during our senior year at Ohio State, and I quickly realized he was an individual I wanted to surround myself with.
Recently, he has successfully defended his Thesis to attain his MS in the Department of Human Sciences at The Ohio State University. It was very interesting to hear what he has been up to since we graduated in 2019.
Alex talked about his transition from Undergrad to the Master’s program, how he has benefitted by pursuing Higher Academia, shares his experiences in the lab at Ohio State along with some funny stories, and delves into a study he oversaw, The Effects of a 6-Week Controlled, Hypocaloric Ketogenic Diet, With and Without Exogenous Ketone Salts, on Boy Composition Responses
We get deep into the weeds and talk science toward the end of the podcast too, so stick around for that! I think you’re really going to enjoy hearing about what Alex does, and his future plans.
