In this episode I had the pleasure of talking to Jack Quint. I first spotted Jack discussing training principles on the Progressive Performance (follow them! @progressiveperformancep2) Instagram Live. Jack attended the University of Maryland for his Undergrad, and additionally earned a MS in Exercise Science/Strength & Conditioning from the University of South Florida. 

Jack and I discussed a large variety of topics, from his experiences in grad school, what a day in the life looks like, and his research surrounding training and nutrition.
